I love Mont Vert Homes (www.montverthomes.com). This builder gives me an opportunity to write less and post more photos. Photos make my blog enjoyable. Because, in the current slowdown in Pune real estate market, most of us are doing only one thing - look / view / watch.
Last month, you know, Mont Vert gave me an opportunity to post photos of Bela Shende performing live at Sunshine Joy Pirangut. Whereas, this month, June 2013, Mont Vert gave me #DoosraChance to shoot a celebrity. I shot Murali - Muttiah Muralitharan at Mont Vert Belbrook Bhugaon.
Friday evening, after an interview, Mont Vert auctioned "Golden Ball" - signed by "Doosra" Muttiah Muralitharan, to raise funds for The Poona Blind Men's Association. Thanks to Murali! Because of him, now, some 50 blind persons can view the next cricket match on the television.
Saturday morning, there was a cricket match between Mont Vert XI and Pune XI. I didn't attend the match. But, someone told me that, Murali bowled 3 balls to every player in the both teams. It means that he nearly bowled 10 overs! Mont Vert Homes had invited students of Sanskriti School Bhugaon to watch the match. Muttiah Muralitharan won their hearts. He gave autographs to everyone and never refused a photo.
You know what? I was overwhelmed to see cricketer promoting cricket. Was he the real one or some doosra aadmi? Please, have a look at these photos and confirm.

That day, the launch rate at Mont Vert Belbrook Bhugaon was - for the 1st to 4th floors - Rs. 4,733. (Much more than the rate of Rs. 2,300 per sq.ft. in 2010!) At the launch rate, approximate all inclusive property prices were - Rs. 55.21 - 58.98 Lakh for a 2 BHK Flat of 660 Carpet, Rs. 62.91 - 65.74 Lakh for a 2.5 BHK Flat of 773 Carpet & Rs. 85.21 - 85.84 Lakh for a 3 BHK Flat of 1023 Carpet.
"Is this the same sample flat of Mont Vert Belair or a new one of Belbrook?," I asked Mr. Kiran, the site incharge.
"This is doosra. At the same place, but doosra. Of Mont Vert Belbrook," said Mr. Kiran.
"Can I take your photo?," after shooting the sample flat, I asked Mr. Kiran. He said yes.
"Can I take your photo?," after shooting Kiran, I asked Ms. Preeti, the volunteer in the sample flat. She said yes.
"Can I take your photo?," after shooting Preeti, I asked a family in the sample flat of Mont Vert Belbrook. The family said yes.
With a great joy, I asked a family,"#DoosraChance?"
"Let us see what happens....actually, a couple of years ago we have booked a flat in Belair.....but, because of some technical difficulty.... the construction of that building hasn't began........so, let us see what happens.....whether we get #DoosraChance or be satisfied with the first one!," the head of family said.
